01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the z7999 platform — including our website, mobile interface, games, sports betting features, or any related service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and z7999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility

To register and use z7999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a z7999 employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the z7999 platform.

z7999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on z7999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Notify z7999 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party under any circumstances.

z7999 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your account data. However, we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

z7999 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no hidden conversion fees.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation.
• z7999 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made by a third party on your behalf are not permitted. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing time of 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) policy.
• z7999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

z7999 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus policy outlined here.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the promotional validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion page for details.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Abuse: z7999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we detect evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.

z7999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by z7999 are final and binding.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on z7999 — including sports betting (cricket, PSL, international events), live casino, slots, Hi-Lo, and Slide — is governed by these general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or market.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. z7999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• z7999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was accepted, or where a clear technical error occurred in the odds display.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games. These limits may vary by event, market type, and account standing.
• In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a game round, z7999's server records shall be the definitive authority on the outcome of that round.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on z7999 are certified for fairness. Results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z7999 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviors will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and may lead to legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on z7999.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed sporting outcome, or participating in the fixing of any sporting event.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Fraud & Identity Theft: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using z7999 as a vehicle to launder funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes in bad faith.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward z7999 staff or other players in any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the z7999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of z7999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the z7999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any game software or platform code.
• Creating derivative works based on z7999's proprietary content.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the z7999 website on another platform without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of z7999's intellectual property will result in immediate legal action. The z7999 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of z7999 and may not be used without express written permission.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z7999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the z7999 platform or any of its services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions in service beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our platform.
• Conduct or content of any third party on or through the z7999 platform.

z7999 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate security measures on your own devices.

10 Privacy & Data

z7999 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By using the z7999 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Collection of account registration data (name, CNIC details, contact information).
• Transaction and payment processing records maintained in compliance with AML regulations.
• Device and usage data collected to improve platform performance and detect fraud.
• Communication records including support interactions and promotional correspondence.

z7999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

11 Termination

z7999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Abuse of promotional offers or platform features.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 6 weeks.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which z7999 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests pending arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Changes to Terms

z7999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the z7999 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
